Bering Sea Gold: under the ice

Damn. I thought Bering sea gold was crazy, this is nuts! My dad really likes this show and told me to check it out.

That would be super scary to dive under ice and look for gold.

As an experienced diver yourself, is this something you would do?

And I wonder if the last episode was still as dangerous as they made it out to be. If the ice was thick enough for him to whip shittys in the pickup truck then I think it was plenty thick enough for them to keep working right off shore.

Lolz I don't think it is that bad. They use full face masks and don't have to worry about having a huge tank on their back since they have air lines. They should probably use some flippers though so they can actually swim if they get trapped at the top of the ice.
