This is your dream come true! Did you feel like a boy playing in his sandbox?

What were they mining? Does a lube truck just drive all around and squirt random equipment or do they call him when they notice something squeaking?

yes it was. haha just amazed how big everyo
thing was. there are over 1000 employees there and this is a small mine since only has 30 haul trucks and 4 shovels. the mine is about 3/4 mile deep and it takes about 3 years to get from top to very bottom when expanding the whole. The haul trucks take 30 mins doing 8mph, from bot to dump area.

It is a copper mine at Baghdad, about 2 hours from Phoinex area. The lube truck will work on the slow equipment so the shovels & dozer, but if needed would work on other. The lube truck is all about preventive maintenance so all about hours on the equipment for when to do what.

ya interesting to see their previous trucks. that shed was used when the Hoover dam was built. then moved down there. the mine will last for generations yet.
